BOGEY’S BACK!
Consumer Advocate Mike Boguslawski Returns to Connecticut to Represent Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC

Middlebury, CT, June 15, 2010 — Consumer advocate Mike Boguslawski will make his official return to his home state of Connecticut to represent Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC as Vice President of Consumer Affairs. Boguslawski, fondly known as “Bogey,” was a consumer advocate with WTNH–TV8 for 19 years, and became a household name across the state due largely to his success in resolving consumer grievances with his no-nonsense approach.
Born and raised in Bristol, CT, Mike Boguslawski spent many of his early professional years in local and state government agency positions, including two years as a Councilman in Bristol. He also worked in various state agencies, including the Departments of Consumer Protection, Revenue, Public Utilities and Motor Vehicles. His career in television and radio expanded with national assignments in Pittsburgh, Los Angeles and Orlando as an expert commentator on television, radio and print media. Bogey’s work also included assignments with ABC, CBS and NBC television networks.
“Bogey was an easy choice to represent the company,” commented Joseph Ventura, President and CEO of Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC, “as he has been known as the people's advocate in Connecticut for a long time. He has a reputation for always looking out for other people's welfare, just as Positive Energy is always looking out for our customers’ welfare. We cannot think of anyone better to represent us than Bogey. His unique skill set and experience will make him a valuable asset to the Positive Energy family.” Ventura explained that initially Boguslawski will bring attention to the premier services Positive Energy offers through advertising and engaging current and potential customers on the benefits of choosing Positive Energy.
Mike Boguslawski recently expressed confidence that he will have an immediate impact on the industry. “People in Connecticut know Bogey, and they know what they are getting with me,” said Boguslawski. “They are getting honesty, integrity and someone who will fight for them. It would not be my decision to represent any company unless they represented the best option for consumers of Connecticut.”
Positive Energy Electricity has been operating in Connecticut for over 18 months and offers unparalleled customer service, low rates and a no-hassle policy. Currently they have over 38,000 residential and commercial customers and over 400 employees and agents. Unlike many other alternative energy providers, Positive Energy has free enrollment, no early termination fees, simple price models and no contracts. “What we offer,” stated Ventura, “is a consumer-centered service that is based on the idea of community and delivering affordable energy to hard-working Connecticut families and businesses.”

Connecticut Military Personnel Offered Discount Electricity Rates
Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC Providing Extra Savings
Connecticut, April 12, 2010 — Active, reserve and retired military personnel across Connecticut are now eligible for extra savings with a new discount rate program sponsored by Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC in Middlebury, Connecticut (www.GetPositiveEnergy.com). Joe Ventura, president of Positive Energy, stated, “Personally having family and friends who have served in the military, or are still in active duty, has inspired us to give something back. Especially during this time of war, this is one way for us to acknowledge and honor their service to our country.”
Beginning the month of April 2010, all active, reserve and retired military personnel are offered a preferred rate by Positive Energy that saves customers up to 15% off of CL&P’s and UI’s rates. “The deregulation of Connecticut’s energy market,” explained Ventura, “has created an opportunity for alternative electricity providers, such as Positive Energy to provide electricity at competitive rates. Connecticut residents, businesses, and now military personnel are all now being offered rates with substantial savings.”
A Connecticut based company founded in February 2009, Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC is registered with the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control. It is one of the fastest growing companies in Connecticut and is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. “All that military personnel need do to sign up for our Military Savings Program,” explained Ventura, “is to provide information from their recent utility bill, and a military ID to become enrolled in this program. This information can be submitted via fax, email or in person. We do not require a credit check, deposit or cancellation fees. There is no obligation and no contract to sign. To get more information on submitting the information, they can call Positive Energy Electricity Supply, LLC for enrollment instructions for this special offer at 888.5.POSITIVE, or visit www.GetPositiveEnergy.com.
With the ambition to further provide military personnel with savings potentials, Ventura pointed out, “When someone is considering switching their electricity suppliers, it is important to review historical rates rather than introductory offers. Positive Energy consistently offers one of the lowest variable rates in Connecticut. Switching electricity providers is a simple, free process, and there are no contractual obligations when someone switches to Positive Energy.”
